Omas have released a limited edition pen as a tribute to the 1797 Château Lafite Rothschild vintage. The 1797 vintage is the oldest in the cellars of Château Lafite Rothschild and the pen is made from the casks used to store the 1797 vintage. The design of the pen is influenced by the shape of the casks and the lid is red enamel which recalls the intense color of the wine. The nib is made of 18 karat white gold and engraved with the Domaines Barons de Rothschild logo. Only 1,000 fountain pens will be made and 797 roller-balls making it a very exclusive edition.
