Patek Philippe have released their latest perpetual calendar minute repeater watch, the Ref. 5073p. The watch uses the self winding mechanical Caliber R 27 Q movement which has power reserve of up to forty eight hours. The bezel features one hundred and three baguette cut diamonds in addition to fifty five diamonds on the rest of the case. The case is made of platinum with an alligator skin strap.
