The Van Cleef & Arpels Folie des Prés ring is named madness in the meadows due to its abnormal setting. The centerpiece of the ring is an extremely rare six point twenty one carat mauve sapphire mined in Madagascar. The central mauve sapphire is surrounded by smaller mauve sapphires and diamonds in a semi floral pattern. The ring is a one off piece available from Van Cleef & Arpels exclusively.
