The Bang & Olufsen BeoTime is Bang & Olufsen’s latest innovation which combines an alarm clock and a remote control in a single device. The design of the device was inspired by Mozart’s The Magic Flute opera and designed by Danish designer Steffen Schmelling. The small screens on top indicate the time and the alarm but also allow one to control other Bang & Olufsen equipment such as their BeoVision and BeoSound systems. The BeoTime features a built-in motion sensor and subtle automatic backlighting as well as a sleep timer which can automatically turn off any Bang & Olufsen equipment.
