The Ferretti Altura 840 is a revival of Ferreti’s Altura range of motorsailer yachts from the 1970’s and 1980’s. The Ferretti Altura 840 features numerous technical innovations including two Mitsubishi ARG (Anti Rolling Gyro) stabilizers which reduce the rolling motion caused by wave movement by fifty percent. It is powered by two MTU 2000M93 diesel engines which give the yacht a top speed of thirty knots. The yacht can accommodate eight guests and four members of crew on its spacious deck.
