The latest perfume from Dior is Escale à Portofino (port of call in Portofino) which is designed to evoke a summer cruise stopping in Portofino and complement Dior’s Cruise collection. The perfume was created by the famed parfumeur François Demachy who is credited with creating many fragrances from companies ranging from Guerlain to Acqua di Parma including several for Dior. Escale à Portofino featres notes include Calabrian bergamot, Italian citron, Sicilian petitgrain, juniper berry, cold spices, orange blossom, cedar, white musk, cypress, bitter almond, caraway and galbanum. Escale à Portofino will be available in very limited quantities from certan Dior stores worldwide.
