Breguet Classique 1808 Tourbillon

The Breguet Classique 1808 Tourbillon is named after the year the tourbillon was invented, 1808 according to the briefly used French revolutionary calender and 1801 according to the standard Gregorian calendar. The case is made of pink gold and is encrusted with 4.7 carats of diamonds, it features a cover which allows one to view the dial and can be opened to to reveal the inner workings of the movement. The watch uses the Breguet Cal. 557 manual tourbillon movement which features a total of twenty one jewels and has a grey alligator skin strap.
