Christofle collaborated with the three Michelin star restaurant L’Arpège’s head chef and owner Alain Passard on the design of their latest flatware collection named after the restaurant. The collection comprises of eight different knives, forks and spoons and includes specially designed knives and forks for eating vegetables known as Earth Flatware which are modeled after pitchforks and scythes. Vegetables are an important part of L’Arpège and all their vegetables are grown on their two hectare all organic farm in the French countryside. The Christofle Arpège collection flatware is made of sterling silver and is made by Christofle.
