Austrian piano specialists Bösendorfer have created the unique EDGE grand piano which was designed by Edelweiss, an Austrian industrial design company. The grand piano has many innovative design features such as its sound-permeable music desk which also extends outwards to make it easier for the pianist to read it and the ability to still be able to play it when the lit is closed. The matching seat utilizes a special pneumatic spring action to raise and lower it.
