The Las Vegas resort legend Steve Wynn is starting work on his latest venture, aptly named Encore. It is being built behind the Wynn Las Vegas, on the site of the Desert Inn and will be connected to it even though it will provide its own facilities. Encore is scheduled to be completed in December 2008 but may even be finished before hand.
