Mercedes have launched the SLS AMG Coupe Electric Drive. With a small series production, this gull wing vehicle features a technologically advanced drive system, which includes four synchronous electric motors that provide powerful traction. To ensure optimum performance in any weather, the batteries have a liquid cooling system and a heating system. The five hundred seventy-one horsepower engine enables this vehicle to reach sixty miles per hour in an impressive four seconds and to achieve a top speed of one hundred fifty-five miles per hour. The interior of the vehicle is reminiscent of a racing car, accented with carbon-fiber trim and stitched black leather.
