The Cartier Rotonde Astro Tourbillon is a new Tourbillon from Cartier conforming to Cartier’s classic design with some modern twists. The Tourbillon rotates around the dial on a separate level to the hour and minute hands. The watch uses the Cartier caliber 9451 MC manually wound movement with a power reserve of forty eight hours. The watch comes in either a eighteen karat white or rose gold case with an alligator strap.
