Bösendorfer have partnered with Audi Design to create a grand piano in celebration of Audi’s hundredth anniversary. The piano which has been designed by Audi Design using the design philosophy used in their cars. The piano is made of lacquered wood with an iron cast frame and stainless steel legs. The acoustics have had to be completely reworked due to the unconventional shape of the piano and are at the same level as all of Bösendorfer’s piano’s. The Bösendorfer Audi Design Grand Piano will be produced in extremely limited quantities and will be available from Bösendorfer.
