Italian pen makers Tibaldi have released a collection of pens for the Italian ship yard Riva. The collection is inspired by the teak deck’s of Riva’s yachts. The body of the pen is made using the same techniques as Riva’s yachts and also features the same paint finishes as Riva’s yachts; Roman bronze with a rose gold trim or Navy blue with a palladium trim. The barrel of the pen features the Tibaldi’s signature divine proportions based on the Fibonacci sequence which balances out the pen. The pen is available as either a rollerball or a fountain pen with five hundred of each version in each color being made and they come in matching wood trimmed tube alike to a nautical telescope.
