The Code-X High-Tech Hybrid Powerboat is designed and produced by the Swiss company Code-X which is based on the shores of Lake Lucerne in the village of Meggen. The boat uses two seven hundred and ten horsepower V-10 gasoline engines as its primary engines which give it a top speed of ninety knots and as its secondary engine uses two electric motors powered by a solar array on the bow which allow it to cruise at nine knots. The powerboat has a catamaran style hull which is made of kevlar and a carbon fiber deck, it can seat four people and sleep two. The Code-X High-Tech Hybrid Powerboat features a virtual anchor system which uses the electric motors and a GPS system to keep the boat steady in a single location without the need for a traditional anchor.
