Hermès were founded as a saddler specializing in products for horses and horse races and still makes saddles and other horse related items. They are also known for their exquisite whips which are made of hand braided leather with a leather popper on the end. The whip necklace is made in the same braided form but replaces the leather with platinum set with diamonds. The whip appears to wrap around the neck with the popper hanging down. The Hermès Whip Necklace takes several days to make and only a handful of them will be made.
