The Jaguar XKR-S is the fastest Jaguar since the legendary Jaguar XJ220 of the early nineties. The XKR-S is a limited edition car based on the Jaguar XK Type but features significant improvements which give it a top speed of two hundred and eighty kilometers an hour, thirty kilometers an hour more than the standard XK Type. The car features a revised suspension which features new springs, dampers it also a larger rear anti-roll bar and a recalibrated CATS (Computer Active Technology Suspension) The XKR-S also features a large rear spoiler and numerous small aerodynamic changes to the exterior body, the interior features a Bower & Wilkins sound system. Only two hundred examples will be made and will be available exclusively in Europe.
