Aston Martin have released an updated version of their V8 Vantage coupé for the 2009 model year. The 2009 V8 Vantage features numerous changes to the interior including the inclusion of the ECU (Emotion Control Unit) in place of a key, the ECU is already used in both the DBS and DB9. The engine of the V8 Vantage has also been completely rebuilt and and now displaces 4.7 liters as oppose to 4.3 liters before, this gives it an 11% increase in power bringing it to four hundred and twenty horsepower. The Sportshift transmission has also been upgraded giving it faster and smoother shifts and the suspension has also been made smoother.
