Parisian pastry chef Pierre Hermé has created a special collection of Macarons for the holiday season. The Pierre Hermé Macarons D’Exception have been created using some of the finest ingredients available and blending them thus creating some unique flavors. Pierre Hermé created Macarons made of Balsamic vinegar, white truffles with grilled hazel nuts, chocolate and foie gras, wild roses with fig and foie gras and a black truffle Macaron. The unique Macaron’s are sprinkled with white and yellow gold dust and will be available until mid January only.
