Ebel have created a collection for their Haute Joaillerie line named the Gems Of The Ocean collection. Each watch is named after a Polynesian island and each is dominated by a different gem. There is the Tahaa which features amethyst, the Vanua which features green Tourmaline, the Tarawa which features Citrine, the Apolima which features blue Topaz and the Hiva Oa which features pink Tourmaline. The physical appearance of each is also different making it a truly unique collection. Each watch does however have a number of diamonds decorating the watch face and bracelet. The distinguishing feature of all of the watches is the unique Ebel Coral setting used in which a colored gemstone is superimposed above a bed of diamonds giving it a unique look.
