Vertu are the original luxury phone makers, even though they are essentially part of Nokia. The latest Vertu phone known as the Constellation appeared on the FCC website earlier this week, even though it is still in prototype stages it will most likely be formally announced in the next few weeks. It appears to be a much needed update to the outdated Ascent collection. The phone is built on the Symbian 40 platform and features a high quality scratch proof screen, unfortunately their is no camera yet. The exterior is made of stainless steel and leather as with the Ascent.
