This Cartier Santos is a limited edition of just 100 pieces. It is quite different from previous Santos’s but recognizable as a Santos through the signature screws. The hands are in a bubble which makes them appear to float. The case is made of Palladium and encrusted with round diamonds. The movement is hand wound with a power reserve of 36 hours, the strap is a black alligator one. The Cartier Santos was created for and named after Santos Dumont the Brazilian who was the first to fly.
