The FAA has provisionally approved the Eclipse 500 for flight today at the AirVenture Air-show in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. The Eclipse 500 is the first of a new category of jets known as Very Light Jets (VLJ) which one day could be used as the cabs of the sky. The Eclipse 500 will be built near Gainesville airport Florida (the facility is still under construction).
More information on the Eclipse 500 is available here.
