The Montréal based company Chocolat 15-18 have released their chocolate humidor which was previously only used in their shops for sale. The company is named after the ideal 15º-18º Celsius temperature at which chocolate is best kept. Chocolat 15-18 also sell fine home made chocolate. The chocolate humidor is only availible in their Montréal stores for the moment.
