Although not a very complicated watch it is very simple and aesthetically pleasing. The case is made of white gold whilst the display and case back is made of sapphire crystal. It features a rather unique method of displaying the date which is displayed on a separate hand, as well as a separate second hand dial. It is fully automatic and features Patek Philippe’s patented gyromax balance and has attained the Geneva Seal (as all Patek Philippe watch’s except the quartz Aquanaut’s).
